What people say?
In my opinion this is absolutely the best black pudding in Scotland. Locally produced by some incredible chefs that have done justice to this traditional dish. My favourite is with a nice poached egg on top. As they say, the proof is in the pudding! Delicious!

This is a cut above the rest, sparky pepper and a great spice balance. It holds beautifully when cooking and the texture is perfect.

About
The idea came on a fishing boat in the middle of Loch Craignish: to produce the perfect traditional Scottish black pudding...the Marag Dhubh! Chefs Derek Muircroft and Rob FitzPatrick set about researching all of the recipes that could be found for Scottish black pudding, ignoring the strange (milk and mint) and refining the best into a pudding that sits proudly in the tradition.
Derek Muircroft: Chef for over 25 years, now living "the Good Life" running a small croft growing vegetables, keeping bees, Soay sheep and chickens.
Rob FitzPatrick: Chef, musician, painter and "auld bodach". Living the "Bad Life" playing the fiddle and painting odd pictures.
